How does it work?
The first week is blocked off, as that's when we're busy building your Facebook posts. Beyond that, we have slots available throughout the month. That timeframe is considered a deadline. We will complete the work sooner, if possible! Our team will work together to complete your project or advance it to a reasonable pausing point. You'll receive an email when we've completed your task! You can bask in the magic of it all, and go about your day with a smile! What if I don't have time for calendars? That's ok! We're still performing SEO and basic updates on your website, with or without you. This is really more for the folks who have excessive maintenance requests and aren't as busy with their business yet as they need to be! Can I still email my maintenance requests? You sure can! We will add your emails to the Calendar, and read them and work on them during your scheduled time! If something is drop-dead urgent, call 911! Then, once you're in the clear, give us a call at 775-544-6612 with the details of the emergency. What if you set up a system for me to send over requests? Keep using your system! We will let you know if we need to move the requests to the calendar. I have a LOT of updates. Can I schedule multiple events? Nope! We have enough slots for everyone on our Maintenance Program to get ONE spot a month. We truly want to be fair to all of our clients, even our quiet, shy and mega-busy ones. We gotta leave room on the calendar for the businesses who are asking for the least. If you absolutely need more time, call 775-544-6612 and ask about UPGRADING your plan. Our higher level plans include larger blocks of time. This stinks! We want your feedback. We're testing this out to see if it allows us to better give *everyone* the equal time and attention they deserve! We cannot offer support for accounts with an outstanding balance. |
