At Waking Girl Company, we want every client to be delighted with their experience. If you are unhappy with your project or service, please reach out to us directly so we can resolve your concerns promptly.
We offer a 100% refund on new website projects if we have not yet started building your website at the time of your refund request.
Submit your request by emailing [email protected].
New website projects are custom builds initiated under a separate proposal or contract.
These projects require planning, design, and setup time before development begins.
Ongoing services such as Maintenance Programs, Hosting, and Domain names begin immediately upon payment and are non-refundable once initiated.
In some cases where partial work has been completed or services have been rendered, Waking Girl may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
If you ever believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us directly before filing a charge dispute so we can correct the issue quickly and fairly.
