We offer a full 100% refund on new websites if we have failed to start building your website by the time of your refund request. Please make your request to us directly by emailing billing@wakinggirl.com.

Depending on the design of your website, we may be able to offer a partial refund if your website can be sold to another client. Please ask about this option!

We do not offer refunds on Maintenance Programs, Hosting or Domain names.
