Our time is extremely valuable, but we respect that you have questions before making an investment in your business. We offer a 15 minute phone call to clear up your questions and concerns. This is not a consultation. We will not dive into ideas we have for your website or your business. We will review questions about your domain, hosting, fees, how we work, references, and a brief overview of your website needs--to make sure we can handle your project.

Q. What does Waking Girl mean?
A. Waking Girl is the opposite of Sleeping Boy, a videography company we worked with a very long time ago. Our emphasis has always been waking things up and doing things differently. Q. I already have hosting. Can you work from that? A. Nope. We can try to get a refund for you for hosting you've paid for. We work on our own special hosting platform that allows us to work quickly and efficiently. Q. Will I be able to make updates to my site? A. Yes. Please let us know you want to learn how to update your site, and we'll make sure you've got the proper tools to do it! Q. Will I have control of my site? A. Yes. We understand business owners are often control freaks (WG included!). We will give you the access you need to make updates to your site. Should you choose to leave WG at any time, we can pack up your site for you and you can take it with you. Some features may or may not work on other platforms, but we can move you to your own account on the same platform. Q. Do you do business cards? A. Yes. We design business cards and can have them printed for you. We pass our wholesale pricing on to you! |
