Waking Girl is currently seeking to build a Minion Team in Seattle.

What is a Minion?
A follower or underling of a powerful person (or company).
Minions are Intern-Level Independent Contractors that Waking Girl coordinates with to wake up websites and wake up businesses.

What specific skills are needed to wake up websites? Is this a coffee thing? I don't like to wake up early.
We do like to give a jolt to websites and businesses, but we don't use caffeine! We use personality, passion and web magic! We are seeking computer savvy people who aren't afraid to click buttons and express their artistic opinion on the web. Must be able to take direction from The Waking Girl and its clients.

You should be proficient in at least 3 of the following:
HTML/CSS
Photoshop
Weebly
Wordpress
Writing
SEO
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
Brainstorming ideas
Problem-solving
Customer service

Must have telepathic abilities (because business owners generally have a terrible time explaining what they need, and we gotta fill in the ____________).

You don't have to wake up early.
Right now our Seattle Team collaborates Monday-Friday from 10am-1pm in Capitol Hill. That's 15 hours a week. Want to devote more of your life to Waking Girl? Let us know!

How are Minions paid?
Minions are Independent Contractors. This is an entry-level position with paid training for the first trial month. Speed and awesomeness will determine the contract amount going forward!
