Due to increased demand for web and digital services since COVID-19, we no longer offer a complimentary update on our $25/month hosting plan.
Requests for maintenance will result in an automatic upgrade to an appropriate plan of $55/month or $550/month, based on the complexity and frequency of the requests. Your website will remain on this plan.
Maintenance requests include but are not limited to technological repairs, domain and email troubleshooting, content/design, and general consultations. To clarify, maintenance requests are any request made after your website has launched, or 30 days after your website build began.
Clients not on autopay will see an increase in their monthly bill:
If you are unable to keep your account on autopay, but want to maintain your rate, you may pay in advance for as many years as needed to keep your old rate.

Include "Advance Payment" in the Invoice/Reference section.
Your payment will be added as a Credit on your Account, and reflect in your Account Statement.
You may access your Account Statement at any time through the links provided in any invoice sent by email (past or present).
