We are happy to offer one complimentary update to our hosting clients.

Rules of the Program

• No more than 1 update request allowed each month
• Update requests should not involve more than 1 email (it takes at least 5 minutes for us to read and review some emails)
• Less is more. The simpler your request, the more we can do!
• Updates should be crucial to your business' operations

Examples of requests:

• Change hours
• Change an outgoing link
• Change a staff member's last name
• Change a staff member's job title
• Change the price of ONE or TWO products
  
• Add a logo to the footer of a website
  

What if I have questions?

We would love to be able to answer all the questions our clients have. We reserve our time for clients on our maintenance plans.

Our time to resolve a problem is a fraction of the industry standard. Our maintenance rates are a fraction of the industry standard.

We cannot allow courtesy updates if the program is abused by any or all clients. Reserve update requests for emergencies and requests that could be made in one sentence.
